Answers
1) The horse was named Silver. And the companion I was looking for was Tonto. If I really wanted to cook your noodle, I would have asked what the theme song was (It was the William Tell Overture by Rossini, apparently chosen because the creator was a penny-pincher who wanted all music to be public domain for the original radio program).
2) One Week. If you listened to it you’d recognize it. Even my Father-in-Law would probably recognize it and he knows nothing about music. Or at least he should, because his son got in trouble for singing the Chickety China Chinese Chicken part in school because a teacher didn’t know it was a song and thought it was racist.
3) You know it is Betelgeuse. It is a red giant and is much larger than the Sun, its surface would be beyond the asteroid belt if it were in our solar system. Eventually it’ll explode in a supernova, but it is around 600 light years away so it won’t affect us. It’ll be super bright though.
4) Fringe. I remember when Fringe came out, and I watched it, and I thought it was so bad to start. It was moved to the Friday Night Death Slot (man, that was a thing on Fox for so long), but survived and gained a cult following.
5) Philadelphia … someday I guess they’ll probably move back to Philadelphia … it wasn’t at any point during the original trilogy though.
Bonus NYTimes Listing Answer: Y’all don’t remember The Star Chamber. I only put this here because no joke … how was this on primetime Cinemax? The film is ludicrous and actually garbage. It is suuuuuuuuch a weird film. And oddly the same storyline as the Bad Movie Classic Slow Bullet.
Scratch that, watch it so you can also decide it is garbage.
