Answers

1) This was called Vantablack. VANTA is actually an acronym for Vertically Aligned NanoTube Arrays. It is controversial because they granted a single artist (Anish Kapoor) exclusive rights to use it in art. In response Jason Chase, with Nanolab, created Singularity Black.

2) That would be Brian Johnson. I actually have a hard time imagining AC/DC without Johnson’s vocals, but the songs must exist (although maybe they were rerecorded?). Like T.N.T. and Highway to Hell both predate Brian Johnson, so I guess maybe they sounded similar, or I just don’t recall them sounding different.

3) That is called Nowhere Boy. No comment on that specific relationship, but I always did find it rather interesting that they both changed their name. She was Sam Taylor-Wood originally, and he was Aaron Johnson.

4) The series is called Industry. It seems rather notable, but it is one of those television shows where people were like “it’s coming back!” and I was sitting there like … I have never heard of this show. Who am I? They’ve had three seasons.

5) You’d think it was Hyde Park, but no, I’m getting a bit tricky, it is Regent’s Park. Nice park, although I really only wandered through it to get from Baker Street (which is just to the south of Regent’s and is a much more convenient tube station than taking the Northern Line to Camden itself). If it is nice out and you don’t mind a walk that’s the way to do it in my opinion, the Northern Line kind of sucks.

Bonus NYTimes Listing Answer: I think the long title will be doing some heavy lifting to get you to Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.

I should watch that film again, I sometimes forget that I’ve seen it probably dozens of times in my life, but I haven’t watched it probably in a decade at this point. It is rewarding.
